Your question, your email
What we keep
- Your email address, so we can send you a sign-in code and you can come back to your answers.
- Your questions and the answers given to them.
- Basic technical records, such as the time and the internet address a request came from, to stop misuse.
Why
Only to answer your questions about the Dublin Horse Show and to improve those answers. RDS staff may read questions and answers to check they are right. We do not use your email for marketing and we do not sell or share it.
How answers are made
Answers are written by an AI model from the RDS’s own published information. Your question is sent to the model provider to produce the answer; it is not used to train their models. If an answer matters, check it with the RDS.
How long
- A question waiting for you to confirm your code is kept for 24 hours, then deleted 30 days later.
- A conversation stays open for six hours. Your questions and answers are kept so you can read them again.
