From scattered documents to an answer you can stand over.

    Your documents, as they are

    Rulebooks, guidelines, arrival notes, dress codes, safety rules and standard replies. Nothing has to be rewritten first.

  2. 02

    One Source of Truth

    Each rule, date and policy becomes a numbered item that records where it came from, when it became true, who approved it and who may see it.

  3. 03

    Answers with citations

    A plain-English question gets a plain-English answer, built only from those items and citing each one, so anyone can check the source.

  4. 04

    A person approves

    Email replies are drafted, never sent by the machine. Staff read, correct and approve, and a correction goes back into the Source of Truth.

2Conflicts brought into the open

When two documents disagree, Aletheia says so.

Old information survives long after it should have been retired, and two departments can give two reasonable answers to the same question. Aletheia does not quietly choose between them. It puts both sources in front of a person on the Curation screen, who decides what the organisation actually wants to say. The other is retired, and the reason is kept.

Example conflict: the exhibitor handbook says the lorry park opens at 06:00, later arrival notes say 07:30. Aletheia holds both and asks a person to decide which one stands.

3Many doors, one truth

The door can change. The truth behind the answer does not.

A question may come by email, from a colleague in Teams, through the website or from inside the entry portal. Every channel begins with the same approved Source of Truth, so the organisation gives the same answer for the same reason, and can show where it came from.
